Q1: Are you factory/manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are Taiwan-owned Factory in Guangdong, China.

Foshan’s leading and the first slot tube factory since 2000.

Q2. What is your location?

We are located in Foshan City which is a famous stainless steel production base. 

Foshan is very near Guangzhou city, it takes about 45-60 mins by car.

Q3: What kind of products can you supply?

A: Slot Tube for glass handrail with relevent fittings.

B: Standard Tube: Round, square, rectangular, oval and customized shapes of ss pipes.

C: Industry Pipe.(ASTM A249/A269/A270/A312)

Q4.What material do you have?  

A:  AISI 304, 304L, 316,316L.

B: AISI 201, 202, 409.

Q5. What is the name of Raw Material maker?

A: Baogang (the most famous brand in China)

Q6.Can you provide sample for us? 

A: Yes, samples are free in 10-20cm, but freight collect.

Q7. How about your delivery time ?

For Stock: 15-20 days after deposit.(both standard tube or slot tube)

For New Production:

1 ton to 10 tons(same):

slot tube(satin finish):30-35 days after deposit.

slot tube(mirror finish): 35-40 days after deposit.

1 ton to 10 tons(same):

standard tube(satin finish):20-25 days after deposit

standard tube(mirror finish):30-35 days after deposit.

Industry pipe.(mill polish):20-25 days after deposit .

10 ton to 40 tons(same):

standard tube(satin finish):25-30 days after deposit

standard tube(mirror finish):35-45 days after deposit.

Industry pipe.(mill polish):25-30 days after deposit .

Q8. How about your packing?
For SlotTube:

304 grade: Each tube sleeved in a GREEN shrink film,  put into steel case and shipped in bulk(LCL) or FCL by sea.

(carton tubes packing is optional. )   

316 grade: Each tube sleeved in a RED shrink film, put into steel case and shipped in bulk(LCL) or FCL by sea.

(carton tubes packing is optional. )                                                                                                                              

For Standard Tube/Industry Pipe: (Both 304 or 316)

Each tube sleeved in a transparent plastic bag, put into steel case and shipped in FCL or in bulk by sea.  

(carton tubes packing is optional. )

Or packed by customer request:

304 grade: Each tube sleeved in a GREEN shrink film,  put into steel case and shipped in bulk(LCL) or FCL by sea.

316 grade: Each tube sleeved in a RED shrink film, put into steel case and shipped in bulk(LCL) or FCL by sea.

Q10. What is your welding method?

All of our tubes are welded by tig welding methods. Our tubes can get fully welding and smoonth inner welding, without blisters, leak welding or black line. All of our tube are good for tube bending. 

Q11. How do you control the quality during the polishing  process? 

1)For the mirror polish tube , we will polish it as least six to eight times)

2)During the polishing processing, we set a special sanding wheel to polish the welding llines part.

3)To avoid scratches,after polishing,the tubes will be well put by manual.

4)On the other hand, we use the gunny bags to protect the tube's surface when the tube laying-out. 

Q12. How do you inspect the tubes?

The Quality inspectors inspect the tubes during each production processes from raw material,tube welding,polishing,packaging.

1)  Before the production of each machine, we will have the first checked and record the data. 

2). During the production, our inspector and engineer have been carefully moniting and we record the data every two hours.

3)The packing worker will check each tube surface before packing the shrink film or transparant bag.
Q13.How do you ship the goods to us?
We have the forwarder cooperated with us for 17 years, they are very professional.

Q18. What is your welding method?

For ASTM A554 Standard:

All of  our tubes are welded by tig welding methods. get fully welding and smoonth inner seam, without blisters, leak welding or black line. All of tubes are good for bending.

For ASTM A249/269/270 Standard: All tubes gets fully welding but without inner seam.  

Q19. Can you send me your price list ?

We don't have a price list for all products, because raw material price and exchange rate are unstable.
